As a small business we work hard to ship orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you need any shipping accommodations please send us an email PRIOR to ordering so that we have the opportunity to help you the best we can. That being said unless otherwise noted all premade orders will be shipped within 3 business days via USPS first class. Any custom orders will be shipped within 3 business days after the product has been completed and cured properly. In some cases custom orders take up to 3 weeks to design and complete.

*Custom orders require 2 way communication. In the event we do not receive a response during the design period of an order the buyer is subject to an extension of the 3 week completion deadline. This does NOT mean you will not receive your product but it does mean that sometimes we are not able to be productive during the days we are awaiting your response.

In the event there are any issues with your product please reach out immediately so we can find a fair resolution. It is also to be noted that over time inks and resins may lose vibrancy and fade. This is to be expected due to the nature of the materials this is NOT grounds for a refund.
